Fixes

• Fixed hover expansion sometimes taking focus from another app, and quick entry or task editor fields not accepting input.
• Fixed clipboard-to-task conversion not skipping leading blank lines and not indicating when content was truncated.
• Kept clipboard previews open for retry when copying fails.
• Fixed a local command file race that could report failure after a task had already been saved.
